Electronics

Design and create a prototype circuit board that is fully functional and integrated with the mechanical model

Having something to test with before mass producing is essential

We are able to affordably develop test solutions that can be deployed and operated prior to manufacturing. This permits upgrades or modifications to be made while still in the design phase.

We make use of 3D printing and electronics prototype construction to validate the designs and requirements of the experiments. This can save time and money before manufacturing but also validates the experimental setup beforehand

What we need to start

All projects start with a design. this might be a design you already have, or just a sketch and an idea. We can help refine that into clear requirements that we all agree to. Once we have the design requirements we can begin modeling and iterating through versions to get to a final product design.

Any computer control or electronics will be developed to integrate with the final prototype product.

FAQ

  • The 3D designs, 3D printed version of the product and the associated electronics and/or control software. Essentially the pieces required to implement and test before production of the final product(s)

    Answer

  • 3D Printing is the most expedient and cost effective solution which is why it is the most commonly requested. Prints can be made with a variety of materials too, depending on the application requirements.

It is possible to provide options in other materials if needed.

    Answer

  • Yes - the prototype process and finished product is from design through operational completeness.

    Answer

  • We can mass produce a final solution. This will involve fabrication of hardware, PCB design and manufacturing, assembly and testing of all units. Per cost item decreases with larger orders.
